Occasionally surreal ramblings about life, art, faith and gods know what else.
Awesome quote, the blogger is quite a writer too...Have you heard Fiona Apple's 'Extraordinary Machine'? It's pretty inspired and has helped me stick my chin(and tongue) out during the rough, dark narrows of my recent life. Especially 'Better Version of me':http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/fionaapple/betterversionofme.htmlI just saw her in concert last night and it was so cool. I had no idea she was such a sweet, dorky girl. Her lyrics are so fierce and powerful and she's got such magazine cover looks, you'd think she'd be all cool or slick or something.Glad you're coming through the gulch, I'm excited to see Khnum's dark side, too. Love the horns!
Oooo...I like those lyrics! I haven't heard Fiona Apple in ages - since I bought her first CD. That was an awesome quote, wasn't it? I have to go to Keri Smith's blog every once and a while for an extra kick.Thank you! Khnum and I are still having a bit of a communication problem (read: argument) over how His painting should be but it's getting there, even though I want to drop kick that painting into the next county just about every day! :-D
You've got to hear the album. It's soooo good!It sounds like it's going to be an awesome painting then. The more fight they put up, the better the realisation... If you don't end up torching the darn thing.:)
